Most businesses don’t need another tool or another agency. They need the path from someone searching to someone coming back to stop leaking. I find the leaks, then design, build and automate what closes them.

Local SEO, websites, reviews & AI automation for growing businessesFound.Trusted.Chosen.Kept.

Every business leaks somewhere on this line. Point at a stage, or tap one, to see where.

§ 01 What I actually do

Five jobs your business has to get right online.

Not a menu of services — a checklist of where customers go missing. You’ll probably recognise a few.

Be found

Before anyone can choose you, they have to see you — on the map, in search, in the feed.

You’ll recognise it when

  • Competitors with worse service show up above you.
  • Your Google profile was set up once and never touched again.
  • You only get work from referrals — and referrals are slowing down.
How this gets fixed

Be trusted

People decide in seconds whether you look safe to call. Reviews, replies and presence do the deciding.

You’ll recognise it when

  • Your review count hasn't moved in months.
  • One bad review sits at the top with no reply.
  • Your social accounts look abandoned to a stranger.
How this gets fixed

Be chosen

Traffic is not the goal. An enquiry, a booking or a purchase is.

You’ll recognise it when

  • People visit the site and leave without calling.
  • The website was built for you, not for the person searching.
  • On a phone, the contact button is hard to find.
How this gets fixed

Follow up

Most revenue is lost after the first contact, not before it.

You’ll recognise it when

  • Leads go cold because nobody replied fast enough.
  • Quotes go out and nobody chases them.
  • You have a list of past customers you never email.
How this gets fixed

Run without you

If growth depends on the owner remembering things, growth has a ceiling.

You’ll recognise it when

  • Calls after 5pm go to voicemail and stay there.
  • Someone copies data between tools by hand every week.
  • You can't tell which marketing actually produced customers.
How this gets fixed

§ 02Services, by problem

Seven problems. One connected fix.

Every service below exists to solve a business problem, not to fill a retainer. Open one to see what’s involved, where it helps, and who it tends to help most.

DemandGetting the right people to notice

  1. Search visibility built from the ground up: the map pack, organic results and the pages that deserve to rank. Local first, multi-location when you grow.

    What’s involved

    • Local SEO
    • Google Business Profile optimisation
    • Technical SEO
    • On-page SEO
    • Citation strategy
    • Keyword & content strategy
    • Service and location landing pages
    • Multi-location SEO

    For example

A plumber who only ranks for their own name

Rebuild the Google profile, create a page for each service and each town covered, fix the technical issues holding the site back, then publish content that answers what people actually search.

    Often useful for

    Home services / Healthcare / Legal & professional / Automotive / Multi-location

  2. Acquisition you can turn up or down: social content with a point of view, paid campaigns with honest measurement, and creative that earns attention.

    What’s involved

    • Social media management
    • Content strategy
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Pinterest Ads
    • Retargeting
    • UGC & content campaigns
    • Lead generation

    For example

A clinic that relies entirely on referrals

Start with a small, tightly-targeted search campaign for high-intent treatments, retarget site visitors, and build a content rhythm that makes the practice recognisable locally.

    Often useful for

    Healthcare & wellness / Beauty / Fitness / Real estate / E-commerce

ExperienceMaking them comfortable choosing you

  1. Reputation as a system rather than a hope: steady review generation, monitoring across platforms, and a consistent way of responding — good and bad.

    What’s involved

    • Online reputation management
    • Review generation systems
    • Google review strategy
    • Review monitoring
    • Response systems
    • Reputation recovery
    • Brand presence

    For example

A restaurant with one loud bad review

Set up automatic review requests after visits, reply to the backlog with a consistent voice, and add monitoring so nothing sits unanswered for weeks again.

    Often useful for

    Restaurants & hospitality / Home services / Automotive / Healthcare / Beauty

  2. Websites and landing pages designed around one question — what does this visitor need to see before they're ready to contact you? Then built fast and measured.

    What’s involved

    • Website design
    • Website redesign
    • Landing pages
    • Conversion rate optimisation
    • UX / UI design
    • Sales funnels
    • Lead-generation systems
    • Offer positioning

    For example

A consultancy whose site reads like a brochure

Reposition the offer around the client's problem, restructure pages around proof and next steps, and add a lead magnet that captures people not ready to call yet.

    Often useful for

Professional services / Real estate / Education / Healthcare / Home services

SystemsKeeping them, without adding work

  1. The follow-up nobody has time for, running on its own: nurture for new leads, sequences after quotes, and retention for the customers you already earned.

    What’s involved

    • Email marketing
    • Klaviyo
    • Automated email flows
    • SMS, where appropriate
    • CRM nurture
    • Customer reactivation
    • Retention strategy
    • Review requests post-purchase

    For example

A salon whose clients vanish after one visit

Rebooking reminders timed to each service, a win-back sequence for lapsed clients, and a simple monthly email that gives people a reason to come back.

    Often useful for

    Beauty / Fitness / E-commerce / Healthcare / Automotive

  2. AI agents and workflow automation that answer, qualify, book, route and report — with clear hand-offs to a human wherever judgement matters.

    What’s involved

    • AI agents
    • AI receptionists
    • AI chat & customer support
    • Lead qualification agents
    • Appointment booking automation
    • Missed-call text-back
    • Workflow & CRM automation
    • Lead routing
    • Reporting automation

    For example

A roofing company missing calls on site

Every missed call gets an instant text, an AI assistant qualifies the job and offers inspection slots, and the right estimator gets a summary — before the caller rings a competitor.

    Often useful for

Home services / Healthcare / Real estate / Legal & professional / Automotive

  3. The whole e-commerce loop in one place: Shopify build and optimisation, product pages that sell, acquisition, and the retention flows that make customers worth acquiring.

    What’s involved

    • Shopify development
    • Shopify redesign
    • Product page optimisation
    • Conversion optimisation
    • E-commerce SEO
    • Klaviyo flows
    • Paid acquisition
    • UGC ad systems

    For example

A Shopify brand with healthy traffic and a leaky cart

Audit the path from ad to checkout, rebuild the product page around objections, then add the abandoned-cart, post-purchase and win-back flows the store was missing.

    Often useful for

    E-commerce / Retail / Beauty / Fitness / Food & drink

§ 03Selected work

§ 04Before / after

Same business. Different system.

Drag across to compare. This is an illustrative composite of patterns I see often — not a specific client. Real client before-and-afters are published as case studies.

BeforeHeld together by the owner’s memory

  • Google profileSet up years ago. Holiday hours wrong. Four photos.
  • WebsiteTalks about the company. The phone number is in the footer.
  • ReviewsAsked for when someone remembers. Newest is from March.
  • EnquiriesForm goes to a shared inbox. Reply comes in a day or two.
  • After-hoursMissed calls go to voicemail. Most callers don’t leave one.
  • Follow-upQuotes go out. Nobody chases them.
  • Past customersNever hear from you again.

§ 05How I work

Diagnose first.
Then build.

I don’t sell services at random. I walk the path your customers walk, find where they drop off, and fix the biggest leak before anything else.

The path a customer walks

  1. 01 / 06

    Discover

Understand the business before touching the marketing.

Who buys, why they buy, what a customer is worth, and what the owner's week actually looks like.

  2. 02 / 06

    Diagnose

Walk the path a customer walks, and mark every place they drop off.

Search, profile, site, enquiry, reply time, follow-up, reviews, repeat business. Leaks are measured, not guessed.

  3. 03 / 06

    Prioritise

Fix the biggest leak first. Ignore the fashionable ones.

You get a short, ranked plan — including the things I'd tell you not to spend money on yet.

  4. 04 / 06

    Build

Design, marketing and automation, deployed as one connected system.

Pages, profiles, campaigns, flows and agents built to hand work to each other instead of to you.

  5. 05 / 06

    Optimise

Measure what changed, then improve what's measured.

Plain-language reporting on the numbers that matter to the business, not vanity dashboards.

  6. 06 / 06

    Scale

Once it works, make it repeatable.

Documented systems that extend to new services, new locations and new channels without starting over.

§ 06AI & automation

6:47pm. A customer calls. Nobody’s there.

An illustration of the most common automation I’d build first: the missed call. The assistant handles the repetitive first conversation. Anything unusual goes straight to a person.

Without a system
  1. 6:47 pm · PhoneMissed call — (555) 014-2291
  2. 6:47 pm · PhoneNo voicemail left.
  3. 6:52 pm · PhoneThey call the next plumber on the map.
  4. 8:30 am · OwnerYou call back. “Thanks, we already booked someone.”
With a system
  1. 6:47 pm · PhoneMissed call — (555) 014-2291
  2. 6:47 pm · AssistantSorry we missed you — it’s Northside Plumbing. Is this urgent, or are you after a quote?
  3. 6:49 pm · CustomerDripping pipe under the kitchen sink. Not flooding.
  4. 6:49 pm · AssistantUnderstood. We can be there tomorrow 8–10am or 12–2pm. Which suits?
  5. 6:50 pm · Customer8–10 please
  6. 6:50 pm · AssistantBooked. You’ll get a reminder tonight and a text when we’re on the way.
  7. 6:51 pm · OwnerNew job booked · kitchen leak · tomorrow 8–10 · summary attached

Also worth handing to a machine

  • 01Booking confirmations & reminders
  • 02Quote follow-ups
  • 03Review requests after every job
  • 04Lead qualification & routing
  • 05Answers to the same ten questions
  • 06Weekly numbers, in plain language

§ 07Who it's for

Different trades. The same leaks.

Pick a business type to see where it usually loses customers — and where I’d start. Or see every business I help.

Home services

Plumbers · Electricians · HVAC companies · Roofers · Landscapers · Cleaning companies · Pest control · Painters · Garage door companies · Pool services · Movers · Handyman services

Where it usually leaks

Calls missed on the job site go straight to the next company on the map.

Where I’d start

Missed-call text-back and a Google profile that actually wins the map pack.

Systems usually involved

  • Local SEO
  • Google Business Profile
  • Review system
  • Missed-call automation
  • AI receptionist
  • Quote follow-up

§ 08Operating model

How the work is run.

No borrowed logos or invented numbers. Just the rules I work by.

  1. 01

    One partner, several systems

Search, site, reviews, follow-up and automation are designed by the same person, so they fit together instead of arguing.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis before prescription

I won't sell you ads if the problem is that nobody answers the phone. Every engagement starts by finding the actual leak.

  3. 03

    Less tool sprawl

Fewer subscriptions, better connected. I'd rather wire up what you already pay for than add another login.

  4. 04

    Built around outcomes

Work is scoped around a business result — more booked jobs, faster replies, repeat customers — not a list of deliverables.

  5. 05

    Human judgement, modern tools

AI handles the repetitive parts. Strategy, tone and anything a customer would care about stays in human hands.

  6. 06

    Start small, then expand

The first project should pay for itself in clarity. Larger systems come after something works.

§ 09In their words

Proof, not promises.

This space is reserved for words clients have given me permission to publish. It stays empty until they have — I’d rather show you nothing than something made up.

What goes here

  • Written testimonials, published with permission
  • Recorded client feedback
  • Before / after screenshots
  • Verified results with their source
  • Live work you can visit

In the meantime, ask me for references or a walkthrough of live work — happy to share.

§ 10 About

Businesses don’t need more tools. They need the ones they haveto talk to each other.

I’m Isaac, and Scale Business HQ is how I work with business owners who are good at what they do and tired of marketing that feels like guesswork.

I sit between marketing and technology on purpose. Most growth problems I see aren’t a single broken thing — they’re a gap between things. The ads work but nobody answers the enquiry. The website is fine but no one can find it. The reviews are great but there are eleven of them. Fixing that takes someone who can design the page, set up the campaign, write the email and wire up the automation — and understands why each one matters to the business.

What you can expect: I’ll ask a lot of questions before I recommend anything. I’ll tell you what I wouldn’t spend money on. You’ll deal with me directly, and you’ll get reporting you can read in two minutes.

Works with
Local, service, e-commerce & multi-location businesses
Markets
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
Model
One partner across design, marketing and automation

§ 11Working together

Three ways in. No packages.

Every engagement starts with a diagnosis, and the diagnosis decides the shape — not a price list.

§ 12 Business growth audit

Find the leak before you spend a dollar.

Enter your website. I’ll look across eight areas and send back a short, ranked list of what I’d fix first — including what isn’t worth fixing yet.

Target: —Engine: manual review
  1. 01VisibilityIdleMap pack presence · Google Business Profile completeness · Brand vs. non-brand search
  2. 02Website experienceIdleMobile layout · Load speed · Clarity of the offer in five seconds
  3. 03ConversionIdlePrimary action above the fold · Friction in forms · Proof near decisions
  4. 04ReputationIdleReview volume and recency · Response rate · Sentiment across platforms
  5. 05Social presenceIdleSigns of life · Consistency with the site · Proof of work
  6. 06Technical SEOIdleIndexing · Titles and structure · Service and location coverage
  7. 07Lead captureIdleWays to get in touch · After-hours handling · What happens after submit
  8. 08AutomationIdleSpeed to reply · Follow-up sequences · Review requests

No automated analysis is connected yet. Every audit is reviewed by hand.

§ 13 Questions

Fair questions.

Do you only work with local businesses?

No. Local and service businesses are a large part of the work, but the same thinking applies to e-commerce brands, professional practices and multi-location companies. The question is always the same: where are customers being lost?

Which countries do you work with?

Mostly businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, and other English-speaking markets. Everything is done remotely.

Do I have to buy a package?

No. There are three ways to work together — a single project, a connected growth system, or an ongoing partnership — and the right one depends on what the diagnosis finds.

Will AI replace my staff?

That's not the goal. AI is used for the repetitive work — instant replies, qualification, booking, reminders, reporting — with clear hand-offs to a person for anything that needs judgement.

Can you work with the tools I already use?

Usually, yes. I'd rather connect what you already pay for than add new subscriptions. If a tool is genuinely holding the business back, I'll say so and explain why.

What does the audit involve?

You share your website and a few details. I review search visibility, the website experience, conversion, reputation, social presence, lead capture and automation, then send back a ranked list of what I'd fix first.

§ 14 Start here

Tell me where the business is stuck.

What are you trying to improve? Pick any that apply.
